Spirax Binding (Scotland) has announced that it is to cease trading with all staff being made redundant.
The Perth-based print finisher said in a statement that the company would fulfil its obligations to staff, creditors and customers.
"Since the start of the 1990s, Spirax has struggled against rising costs and cheap products and none of our competitors from that time remain in business today," the company said.
"Many of the products we made are now imported from China and other areas of the world where costs are far cheaper."
The company this year lost two major contracts, which it said made the demise of the 65-year-old company "inevitable".
