Albion designs organic pet food packs

Albion has designed the packaging for a new range of organic and holistic pet food called Lily's Kitchen. The designs aim to create a bright but natural colour palette, which tells the story of the brand.
Jason Goodman, managing director at London-based Albion, said: "A lot of mass market pet foods use quite garish colours. A pet is part of the family. You would take a lot of care to make sure the food you gave the rest of the family was wholesome so pet food should be in tune with that."
The dog foods, which are available in wet cans and foil trays, and dry bags, feature an image of a dog walking from a city represented by skyscrapers to a country cottage.
The bags were manufactured by Gascogne UK at its site in Worksop.
All of the packaging for Lily's Kitchen is recyclable. The bag for the dry food is compostable and only water-based inks are used on the labels.
